V\u00e4rm mj\u00f6lken fingervarm, 37\u00b0.<br \/>\n2. H\u00e4ll lite av mj\u00f6lken \u00f6ver j\u00e4sten och r\u00f6r tills den l\u00f6st sig. Tills\u00e4tt resten av mj\u00f6lken, olja, farin, salt, havregryn, r\u00e5gsikt och 2 dl av vetemj\u00f6let. Arbeta degen smidig f\u00f6r hand eller i maskin tills degen sl\u00e4pper bunkens kanter. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver lite mj\u00f6l och l\u00e5t degen j\u00e4sa \u00f6vert\u00e4ckt ca 40 min.<br \/>\n3. Ta upp degen p\u00e5 mj\u00f6lad arbetsb\u00e4nk och kn\u00e5da den smidig med resterande mj\u00f6l. Tryck ut degen i en v\u00e4l smord l\u00e5ngpanna, ca 30&#215;40 cm. Sk\u00e4r degen i 18 rutor med en degskrapa och nagga degen med en gaffel. L\u00e5t j\u00e4sa \u00f6vert\u00e4ckt ca 30 min.<br \/>\n4. S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 225\u00b0.<br \/>\n5. Pensla degen med vatten och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver havregryn. Gr\u00e4dda br\u00f6det mitt i ugnen ca 18 min.
